Our inshore charters navigate the protected bays, marsh ponds, and tidal waterways of coastal Louisiana.Each trip targets some of the region’s most sought-after saltwater species, including Louisiana redfish, speckled trout, flounder, sheepshead, black drum and white trout. Also ask about our Trophy freshwater Catfish trips!Trips are flexible and can be customized to your group’s preferences.

Meet Your Captain
Captain Devin is a Louisiana–Mississippi native and lifelong fisherman who has spent more than 40 years fishing the marshes and coastal waters of this region. A true local naturalist, he has a deep understanding of the bays, bayous, and tidal waterways that make Louisiana’s marsh such a special fishery.He earned a degree in Marine Biology from the University of South Alabama in 1983. Easygoing and fun to be around, Captain Devin enjoys sharing his knowledge of the marsh and making sure every trip is relaxed and memorable. Some of his favorite places on the planet include Hopedale and Horn Island, two legendary spots along the Gulf Coast.
Fish Haven Charters is a family-run operation led by Captain Devin and his daughter, Camille, office manager.
